We have various parties in each group for birthday, baby shower, marrige, etc. We have group meeting every two weeks, in which each employee has a chance to present and update his/her work to the entire group. there is a year-end evaluation for each employee with his/her immediate supervisor. the promotion and bonus will depend on your evaluation.
