My current salary is $9 an hour for a 40 hour work week. We have just
recently
convinced management to give us a pay increase of sorts. If we meet
certain call
criteria with quality monitoring and talk time then we are eligible for
anywhere
from an extra 75 cents to a $1.50 an hour on top of our current pay. When
starting with the company all of the floor agents are payed $8 per hour
durring
the two weeks of training. When the agents graduate from training they
are given
a raise to $8.50 an hour. When the agents have completed their three
month
probation they are given a final raise to $9 an hour. When the agents
hit the 3
month probation point they are also given a benifits package that covers
medical
and dental benifits. They are also able to request up to 3 paid days off
per
year
at this point as well alogn with up to 5 unpaid days off for family
responsibility.
