The interview consists of walking in with a resume and then filling in
a job application form. The form is reviewed by a hiring manager and if
they have time they will go straight to the interview. If there is no
time they schedule you for an interview before you leave after dropping
off the application. When the interview comes around they tell you what
the working environment is and ask a few questions to make sure you can
actually do the job once trained for it. At this point they tap into a
monitoring line and allow you to listen in on some actual incoming
customer service calls. If you are still interested they send you to do
a spelling test and a listening test which are both done on a computer.
When the tests are complete the hiring manager lets you know if your
test score was good enough for a job. Depending on the training
schedule they will either tell you your exact start date at this time
or they will call you at home with the date.
