The base salary was $30,000 (canadian) with reviews every year on the
anniversary date. You were given 6 sick days per year and 1 week of
vacation
afer 6 months with an additional week of vacation after 1 year. A
benefits
(health) package was offered with the company paying for half of the
monthly fee
and you paid the other half. That was it; there wasn't any kind of
bonus or
contract that needed to be signed. They only additional perk was that
if you
wanted to take courses to become a licensed sales associate, the company
would
pay for the first three courses.
