There were two interviews in the process; the first was with another
administrator and manager, and the second was with the president of the
company. The main aspect of the interview was to review the role of
the administrator and ensure that I was capable of doing the job with
almost no training. The interview with the president was directed
towards the responsibility and goals of the company and how the
administrator's role was vital to the company's overall success.
Basically, if the sales associates were happy, then they would work
harder and make more money, which in turn would make the company more
money. The one question that I remember is "What type of business do I
think that real estate is?" and the response was one of customer
service. Service for the agents so that they can provide a efficient
service to the public.
