The company thrived on market share; that RE/MAX is the number one real
estate company worldwide. They provided many additional courses to
assist there sales associate in providing the best service in
comparison to their competitors. Employee morale was not very good
with the staff members because they really didn't receive much in terms
of recognition or even salary for that matter. Every real estate
office is independent and is structured differently, I'm just informing
you of how this company functioned.
