Job Title Workplace Survey
Senior Account Executive The culture of Qwest started out really horrendous and got mildly better. I worked there during the end of the Nacchio days and into the beginning of the Notebart leadership, so it improved slightly, only to go to hell again towards the end of my "Spirit of Service." There was no diversity - I was told that women could not succeed in high-powered telecom sales because and only because we were women. Hours were the best part - pretty much set your own. Dress code started out very strict then loosened up tremendously. At the end, we were allowed to decide what dress was appropriate for our expected day. Advancement was out of the question, as the company became obsessed with MCI casualties at the end and would not consider inside candidates.
