The company offers great benefits however the demoralizing culture of
the organization far outweighs the benefits. This particular part of
the organization is going down hill fast. The organization claims a
team environment however no one seems to know what the next person is
doing. There is no accountability and no collaboration which are two
of the company's values. The dress code is jeans or pretty much what
ever you feel like wearing including sweats. They do not adhere to the
business dress code that includes jeans. Opportunities for advancement
are almost unheard of since they eliminated a layer of management a few
years ago. The environment is depressing. Several Directors do not
have degrees while there are many front line employees that are turned
down for advancement opportunities that hold MBAs.
