growth. Quest is always striving to outdo their competition and always
putting the focus on the patient. As a medical product distributor and
processing center, we must hire only the best employees in order to
create the most successful output. We are highly concerned for the
patients we receive and hope to fulfill our duties to get results to
them as soon as we can. Employees here have a good work ethic and they
know how important these tests we run are to the patient. I think a lot
of the workers put themselves in these patients' shoes and realize how
urgent it is to get these results. We are people-oriented and
communication is really key when you are dealing with customers and
clients on the east coast and even in other countries. We are one of
the leading diagnostics companies in the world and we use that to our
advantage to keep our employees' morales up.
