With the present leadership of Billing the outlook is very bleak.
Employee morale is very low and leadership is weak, however financials
look good. Products and services are improving from a lab perspective
however from within billing much improvement is necessary. Employees
are afraid of retaliation therefore they do not speak up about problems
or issues with processes. I am still employed here and will remain
employed with hopes that things will get better. My service time is
important however I would not recommend this company to potential
employees at this time.
