Wonderful professional atmosphere. Staff is very helpful and everyone
is so
nice! Hours are very flexible and staff is treated with the utmost
respect. It
is a pleasant change for me to work in a place where I am treated like
an adult
capable of making good decisions. If I need to make a doctors
appointment or
come in late for any reason, it is completely acceptable. They trust me
to do
what is expected of me. Dress code is business casual which makes
working long
hours during tax season much easier. Currently working 50 hours/wk. but
quickly
progessing upwards. The most they expect of me as an intern is 65 hours,
provided the workload demands it. So far, I am learning so much and
loving
every
minute of it! They seem to have excellent opportunities, but I don't
know if
they will be hiring any new staff. I really hope they do, because I
would very
much like to become a permanent staff member after I get out of school.
