As mentionned before, I work on a commission base. The average
commission we get
is about 2% over the sales value of the property. Average value of the
properties
I am selling in this area is approx. $180,000.-USD. I try to sell 1
property a
month with brings me to a salary of $43,000.-USD/year. We don't qualify
for any
extra bonuses, stock options or reimbursements. We normally take
vacations in
the
low tourist season (from July till October) and take around 3 weeks off.
