Working for my employer is not very easy. We need a lot of education.
As we operate Real Estate business in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, we have
to be first of all perfectly bilingual, than we have to list properties
for the company and promote those properties as we have a fiduciary
obligation with the owner. We have to build up an extensive inventary
to be able to have something to sell to a huge variaty of potential
customers. We are also several times a week on floor duty. We have to
tour our potentail clients and try to find and sell them the right
property, covering all their needs, so they are happy anf send us
referrals. As you can see this is a very diversified job. Once a sale
is made, we have to take our client through the whole complicated
closing process. This is a full time job of working 6 days a week,
often Sundays included. We always have to dress properly and our car
has always to be extra-clean.As we are self enployed, the only
promotion we can expect is to work harder, more efficient so we sell
more and get more commissions.
