If you're entrepreneurial, don't like large firms where politics keeps
you down, and can take the ball and run with it, you'll do excellent at
Protiviti. After spending 5 years with Andersen before the transition
to Protiviti, it's very apparent that we left all our baggage at
Andersen. No more politics. I'm seeing very wise investment dollars
being spent in important areas that a big four would ignore. Bottom
line, is that if you want to excel at Protiviti, there is nothing
holding you back.
If you want to sell more beyond your wildest dreams, you'll get rewarded
heavily for it.
If you want to be super chargeable, you'll be rewarded heavily for it.
Although our Incentive Comp package has targets between 8 and 20 percent
depending on level, if you sell past your targets, or work more hours
than target, your bonus is potentially unlimited.
