Bonus: The comp plan has changed radically, but I received a very small
percent
of profits, and a small percent of growth. My total comp was approx.
$190K
year,
which included salary, bonus and a $9K year car allowance. I also got
stock
options, however the company never went public, so they were worthless.
Vacation
time was typical, nothing special. I received no special perks as I was
promoted
from within. I found later that people hired from the outside received
very
lucrative guarantees
