In the DC metro area, a recent college grad with 1-2 years experience can expect to start at about $23,000. Lower-mid to mid-level positions requiring 5-10+ years experience and/or a graduate degree start at about $27,000. Company does not give year-end bonuses. Raises are about 3 percent a year. If you are good, then 4 percent.
