I work with a team of individuals who take pride in what they do, and in the magazine we put together. The bosses I work directly for are open to new ideas, listen to their employees, and reward hard work. The corporate culture is not quite so positive, only becusae we don't have much contact with them, and the contactwe do have with them is annoying. They don't really understand the day-to-day happening of our publication, and want us to work withing certain guidelines that might apply to a certain title, but not ours. I think our AP departments is ATTROCIOUS and doesn't have their act together.
