I was initially offered a 35k package. As i was still a university student my
contracted start date wasnt until February the following year. Just prior to
starting work, my salary was increased to 37k due to changes in market
conditions. By my June review i was given a 2.5k payrise. I stayed on 39.5k
until June the following year when my salary increased to 43k. The company
doesnt provide any stock options, perks or any other benefits to junior staff.
Bonuses were provided but to only high performing individuals. These were
rarely
given.
