Overall a fairly competitive compensation package. You'll never starve
working here but you'll never get really rich either. There are bands
of compensation at each levels (mins and maxs). The firm will pay more
for experienced hires than people who come up through the ranks.
Sometimes these bands have significant disparity. As an example, an
internal client service managers can expect anywhere between $75 and
$110 plus a $6 to $15k bonues. An externally hired manager may make
significantly more ($125 - 140). Vacation is generally 22 days at all
levels (15 for associates) but is ususally more than one can use in a
whole year.
