The first round was a group interview. We were put into small groups of 5 or so people and we had to solve problems. We were then required to make presentations on our solutions. A few days later we were notified by phone if we were successful in proceeding to the next round. The second round interview was with the partner of the company. It was a 20 minute interview based on goals, ambitions and behavorial questions. I was asked about my career dreams and about situations when i have dealt with conflict, worked in a team, organised processes or solve a complex problem. I was notified by telephone one week later whether i was successful in gaining a job or not.
