IN AUDIT department, unreasonalbe hours (15 hours a day, 7 days a week),
competitive culture creates situations where in order to show how good
you are you will have to show how bad someone else is.
Quality and effort are not cecognized. Only way of survival is if you
have a strong friendshipw/ family relationship to key client / partners/
mangers.
Reviews are not objective, no open doors to discuss audit or other
issues with managers, a lot of abuse going on by superiors to strssed
out staff.
Horrible culture. Good place for bad people. Lots of jeslousy if you do
a good job.
Hard to win.
Partners and managers will not return calls.
