customers and tasks instead of positions, leading to strong ownership of
processes and strong commitment. We make sure to have fun at work
without loosing focus being serious in what we are doing. This is not
due to PolyOne but was established long before we became part of
PolyOne. Opportunities for advancement low due to being located to far
from the centre of international operations, Belgium.
