Worried, results getting poorer not only for our business but overall.
Think that PolyOne has not enough focus on the key factors for success.
Too much focus on implementation of SAP and centralizing. Loosing more
and more the close relations to customers. Poorly administrated.
However, I find it interesting because being international and I have
only good words to say about my colleagues, national as international.
The possibilities/human resources for developing PolyOne further to
become even more successful I can see clearly, just wonder if the
present leadership can take us there.
