The salary for my position as posted on Monster.com was 37,000-45,000
with bonus. During the interview with my direct supervisor, a range of
42,000-45,000 plus bonus was discussed. Pitney Bowes ultimately offered
me 58,000 plus bonus. Bonuses were based on exceeding financial and
operational metrics and were paid quarterly. They ranged from 0% to 30%
of quarterly salary. I was offered three weeks of vacation time, which
was one more week than was standard. Overall, I was pleased with my
compensation package and did no negotiating to increase it. Stock
options were awarded quarterly to high performers were nominated by
their managers
