Quality of life for the Pilot GM, and Co-manager is outstanding. 50
hour work weeks- 2 days off per week. However, much different for the
food side of Pilot. Please remember that Pilot LLC has stressed that
it is "all about the restuarants" since the average Pilot GM's
quarterly bonus amounts to 35% from the restuarants. Rest RGM's work
60-80 hours per week, get no days off, work 20 hours shifts constantly,
while all the while the Pilot GM, and Co-Managers walk by oblivious to
the RGM's problems. I have worked for Pilot for over 3 years and was
pressured into the RGM position, being told it was a "temporary"
position. Now 1 year later and only 30 days off (no joke!), I can say
honestly- "Don't go there!"
