For this company, I had 2 rounds of interviews. The first time I was
called in, I met with the Supervising producer of the show I would be
working on. I knew of this person through previous phone contact on
another project so this one was easy. It was really just a chance for
us to meet face to face. At the second interview I met with the Show
Producer and the 2 Executive Producers who also happen to be the
company owners. It was a little intimidating but I felt confident so
was not too nervous. They asked the standard questions but the one I
remember most because it was a question I had been struggling with for
years was, "What would you ultimately like to do with your career." I
said I wanted to be an Executive Producer and at that time, I sincerely
meant it. By the time I got home, there was a call on my machine
offering me the job.
