Its kind of fun, i get to help people choose clothing and then i get to check them out and see how much they saved compared to department stores. I always love going into department stores and seeing the items i'm selling and that i can get %50 off an even lower price than in the department store. We hire anybody, of any race. We are NOT discriminatory but they'll only hire you as a floor supervisor if you've been with the company for more than a year, or you are a college graduate or are two years into college. If you are a high school graduate or currently enrolled in high school don't even try to become a floor supervisor, because it's not happeneing.
