Current salary is 83K, with no bonus, and no stock options since 1999. I
started in 1991 at around 30k, so increase has been nice, but I feel new
employees are being hired in at around the same salary. I have received
good-great reviews every year since I have started. Pfizer has recently moved
to
a new promotion system, anxious to see how this one works, as the old system was
ok. I fell old system is better than new system. Need to be at a Senior
Scientist/Manager level to receive stock option nowadays. My raise this year
was
the worst ever at Pfizer. Can be a few reasons for that though, it was my first
year at my current level and only had a good review. I feel I was hit with the
"its your first year at this level, so you can only get a fully meet expectation
review" regardless of my performance.
