We just received our salary increase for the year, so I am now making $50,000
(part-time) and full benefits, however, I opted to be covered under my husbands
health benefits. I receive 7.5 days vacation (1/5 of threee weeks) and every
year I may or may not receive varying numbers of options. I have received up to
300 options in a year. There are many other benefits that we are offered that I
do not take advantage of. I do have my 401k that I put so much percentage of my
salary into and Pfizer matches with company stock up to 4%. Another great
benefit is that Pfizer donates $1000.00 per year to any charitable organization
that I volunteer a certain amount of time to per month. Also they will match
charitable contributions up to $15,000.00 per employee.
