Work at my current employer is very challenging and rewarding. I work
with a very talented group of co-workers. Although there is a few
terrible managers in the group they will soon be retiring and things
with improve dramatically once they leave. For the most part it is a
very "old" company with an old way of thinking. However, since the new
director of Operations has taken over in the past 3yrs The company has
gone under many changes. The overall thought process of the company
before he was hired was "Status Quo" now the company is much more of
a "Go-Getter" mentality. My hours flucuate with work load, of late i
have been working lots of overtime to get our New Home Bar Line in Full

code
is mostly casual, however certain attire is required for higher
positions. And its not necessarily enforced, its more of an unwritten
rule. Opportunities for advancement are tremendous. I feel that due to
the fact that alot of people will be retiring in the next 10yrs the sky
is the limit to where a young motivated, intelligent person can go in
Perlick. Pretty Diverse group of individuals as well. Many men and
woman, with equal amounts of minoritys as well. Its definitely not the
color of your skin that will get you hired or fired in this place. its
the skills that you bring to the table. Overall a good atmosphere to
work, but its getting better everyday.
