Job Title Workplace Survey
Sr. Analyst There is a distinct looseness and somewhat maverickness with Pepsi. It seems that there is a business casual dress code with the mid to upper level executives wearing wool slacks. The junior folks wear the more traditional cotton/blend Dockers type. The females generally follow that pattern too. Some higher executives (VPs) wear ties all the time. Recent discussions have focused on internal perception of not having enough opportunities for advancement. Office hours are generally 9-5 but (obviously) the higher level managers work outside those hours. The oneds who want to move up do so too. Diversity is still a developing process with high focus on its upper level management (band one and up). Middle level and down are level one and up to about 13 and that has not been focused upon yet. IT in some places are a joke especially operations. They have dinosaur machines and are running Windows NT still. Still using legacy systems but SAP is rolling out ever so slowly.
