One interview with the manager. It was low-key and fairly informal and
included a penny tour of the academic computing domain.
Questions:
Q: If a student and a professor both request a video projector who
would you give it to? (At the time, we had four mobile video
projectors; now we have projectors mounted to the cieling of each
classroom).
Q: If someone is downloading inappropriate material over the
university network what do you do?
Q: If one of our computers breaks down during a student's presentation
and they burst in demanding a replacement what do you do? If it's a
faculty member? If there is no replacement in either case?
