Training Supervisors are still considered store managers. Even though
we often
supervise multiple locations we only bonus off of our home store, and
thes
bonuses are strictly for increases in sales over last year. Base
salaries for
this position are $35-45,000. There are no signing or year end bonuses
for this
position. You can win occaisional contests of $100-200, but these are
for
"Store
Activities" and not specifically for the Managers. Payless offers no
stock
options to this position. We receive the basic compensation package of
medical,
dental, vision, life, disability, 401 (k), vacation, sick and personal
time.
