When I started with the company as a payroll specialist you started at 12 an hour. within a year your rate was increased at least 4 times while completing levels of training. It increased by 3 or 5 percent each level and when training was complete you recieved a 10 percent raise which brought you to about 15 dollars. You also received an annual raise.
