The interview process was the most that I had encountered in my short
job seeking experience. I had a basic interview with their recruiter,
asking what I was looking for, what made me feel that I was qualified
for the job. It was an entry level position that I started out at.
You did have to pass a basic math test. You were not required to
complete it in the given time, but they wanted to see that you managed
time well. Then they called back to have you interview with a worker
and their supervisor. The "co-worker" basically showed you what it was
that you would be doing, the supervisor got a feel of what you were
thinking and also if they felt you were a good fit. Then you were
called back again if they "liked you" and you met with the branch
managers assistant. That was the most detailed interview. I was asked
how I would react in certain scenarios, such as if an angry client
called in or what if I messed something up and they questioned me. I
was nervous during this one. If you got passed that one, then you came
in to meet with the branch manager. I was told if you got to him, you
pretty much were guaranteed a job. From that point on I started
working.
