Hiring process was extensive. I first me with sales manager, and then I
took 2 math tests, one was timed and based on basic math knowledge, the
other untimed calculating percentages. Then I had to take a personality
profile test. After those were completed I did a ride along with a
seasoned sales rep, I then reinterviewed with the sales manager, and
then with her manager. Finally, I reinterviewed with the sales manager
and was hired. During the interview process they were very sensitive to
my position and scheduled all interviews around me so that I would not
jeopardize my current job in the event I was not hired. Also, they
predated my hire date so I would not have a lapse in medical coverage.
Most of the interview questions revolved around sales successes and
failures and organizational questions, for example they had me fill out
a mock weekly schedule to see how I would organize my week to satisfy
the expected sales call quotas. It was very important to them that the
candidate knew exactly was to be expected of them prior to hiring.
After I accepted the job offer, I was also required to take drug test.
