Working at Paychex has been great! They offer a great working
atmosphere, opportunities for advancement depending on what you want to
do. They offer relocation because the company is located in 48
states. You have flexibility. The dress code is business casual which
is standard in a lot of companies. The hours are standard as well, but
they understand that everyone has priorities outside of work. They do
not hassle or reprimand when children are sick or you need to leave due
to babysitting incidents. I am sure if taken advantage of something
would be said, but in the normal relm of things they are great.
Paychex tries to make the company more like a family then a work
place. They organize events to break the everyday stress.
