New computer programs are hurting buisness also, leading small buisnesses to insource instead of outsource. Employees in my department have a high level of job satisfaction, however I don't think that is always the case in other departments. The company is constantly evolving and rolling out new products and services to stay current with new demand, however it takes quite some time for employees to buy into new products especially if they think the product was rushed to market before all bugs have been worked out. Overall, they do strive to provide excellent service and happy work environment and they definatly succeed more often then they fail. The competition does not provide a comparable level of customer service to there clients and reports generated for clients by paychex are far more user friendly then those distributed by the competition.
