The company has grown every year since I have been with the firm.
Employee moral is typically good. Our products are engineering services
for government and private clients that span many disciplines but are
chiefly Civil in nature.
Examples of projects: Bostons Big Dig; No. 7 Line extension in New
York; Memorial Tunnel Fire Ventilation Test Program; William Natcher
Bridge, etc...
PB has always been financially stable, making the project hunt much
better and giving a strong competitive edge. Many of the management
team are involved in standards setting committees.
The weakness may be described by the numerous corporate offices and the
challenges that communicating amongst these offices brings.
