Salary was about $58K/year, plus bonus. After a year of little growth,
bonus
was pretty low. Vacation is 1 week per year after the first year, with
an
additional week after each five-year milestone of tenure up to a total
of four
weeks. Options are at the, um, option of your management. There is an
employee
stock purchase plan, 401(k) matching, and a cash-balance pension plan
(vesting
after five years). Decent HMO-based health insurance, which can
optionally
include dental, plus the possibility of a medical savings plan.
