At the end of my 2 year term with pacific sunwear I was making $6.25 an
hour. I
started at $6.00 an hour, and recieved two raises. I was not there
consequetivly
for the past year, becuase I went away for school, so I was unelligable
for
raises during that period of time. Otherwise sales assocaites recieve
raises
every 6 months based on a evaluation filled out by the store manager and
reviewed
and either approved or denied by the district manager.
