I handle the large group health market for Pacific Life. I work with
brokers and agents selling our product to companies. My normal hours
are 8:30 to 5:00 and for the most part our dress code is casual. Once
in a while when doing a presentation I will wear a suit. I work out of
a small office with only 6 people. I spend most of my days talking with
brokers and getting them to recommend our product to their clients. I
am not sure how much advancement there is in job titles as I am the only
large group sales executive but I do believe there is plenty of
advancement on income.
