When I interviewed with PRTM, it was very clear that they are change
management focused. A lot of the questions focused on how I had dealt
with conflict and individuals during my career. Where did I feel I
exceeded and why and where I thought I had under delivered and why.
Also, due to the more focused approach on specific industries, many of
the interviews are industry specific to make sure you have some
competency and understanding from your prior work experience.
Therefore, if you are about to interview with PRTM, take some time to
reflect on your successes and failures and also make sure you think
through the dynamics of the industries you've worked in and the value
chain nature of that industry.
