AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE. The culture is the most vicious, in-
bread, aggressive-defensive culture I have ever experienced in over 20
years in the nuclear power industry. There a severe union-management
issues that impact productivity. The managers surround themselves
with "yes-men" and people willing to cover their tracks. This place will
be the next Davis-Besse. It has the worst culture for chilling employees
that I've ever lived through. Changes occuring now (June 2004) are
setting this place up to be a shutdown order plant within 2 years.
Coming here as part of the restart or buy-out team would be worthwhile.
The area is beautiful and the workers are very caring.
