I BELEIVE THE COMPANY'S MAIN GOAL IS TO MAKE AS MUCH MONEY AS
POSSIBLE. IF THEY WERE CONCERNED WITH ANYTHING ELSE, THEN THERE WOULD
BE A LOT LESS CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS AND LAWSUITS. YES, THERE ARE MANY
SMALL CLAIMS COURT LAWSUITS AGAINST THE COMPANY AND THEIR EMPLOYEES. A
STORE'S MONTHLY GOAL IS ALWAYS HIGHER THAN THE PREVIOUS YEAR'S
AVERAGES. BUT THERE SHOULD BE A BETTER WAY TO SET A GOAL FOR A STORE
THAN TO EXPECT THEM TO SELL MORE EACH YEAR CONSECUTIVELY. THEIR MAIN
STRENGTH IS IN THERE STORE PLACEMENT: IN THE MALL FOR EVERYONE TO SEE
AND FALL IN LOVE WITH THE DOGS. NO ONE GOES TO THE MALL TO BUY A DOG,
BUT WHEN THEY SEE ONE AND BOND WITH ONE, THAT'S WERE THE COMPANY GETS
LUCKY. IF A PERSON IS ACTIVELY SEEKING A DOG, WHICH IS RARE, THEY
USUALLY LOOK IN THE NEWS PAPER WITH LOCAL BREEDERS WHICH IS A STRONG
COMPETITOR FOR THEIR BUSINESS BECAUSE YOU CAN GET MORE BENEFITS FROM A
LOCAL BREEDER THAN A CORPORATION BECAUSE YOU DON'T HAVE ANY RED TAPE TO
CROSS. PLUS, BREEDERS TEND TO BE A LOT MORE CAREFUL ABOUT WHOM THEY
CHOOSE FOR THEIR PETS. GOOD SALESMEN ARE SEEKING A CUSTOMER NOT AN
OWNER. DURING THE YEAR THAT I WAS WITH THE COMPANY, I NOTICED THAT THE
MORE YOU CARED ABOUT WHO PURCHASED WHICH BREED OF DOG, THE LESS YOU
MADE IN COMMISSION. WHICH IS WHY EMPLOYEES COME AND GO FREQUENTLY.
LIKE I WAS TOLD AT MY INTERVIEW AND LIKE I TOLD EVERYONE I INTERVIEWED,
DON'T WORK THERE IF YOU WANT TO MAKE A LOT OF MONEY. WORK THERE
BECAUSE NO MATTER WHAT KIND OF DAY YOU HAVE HAD, NOTHING CAN CHEER YOU
UP OR MAKE YOU FEEL BETTER ABOUT YOURSELF THAN THE HEART OF A BABY
ANIMAL.
