At first things seemed that they were going well but they soon turned.
The
company is going through a lot of changes and the culture is not one of
good
health. Until the parent company makes changes it's going to be hard to
bring
in
new GOOD people without much higher compensation. They don't pay well.
Looking
for top talent to take salary cuts or work freelance never works and it
never
will.
