It is fun working in OOCL. You will get to know people from different
countries and develop friendship with them. The work attitude of the
employees is very good. If one is new, he will not feel left out,
people are very approachable and you'll learn fast because people are
always willing to help you out in case you do not understand some specs
of your tasks. It feels like you belong a second family. In our
department, Information Systems Development Center, we have no dress
code, one can wear any comfortable clothes.
With regards to professional growth, if one is given the chance to work
on diverse roles, it will be good. Trainings are quite limited as well
as overseas trainings or assignments. That would depend on what team
you are in.
