We can wear different colored pants and we have our uniform shirt which is not too bad. The hours are very reasonable. We have a variety of hours and we choose if we want more or less and when we are able to work. We have many different ages and cultures in the work area. My main concern is that there really are no opportunities to move up. They have the management they need and no openings will open up any time soon. You sort of stay still, no way to move up in this company. It is very difficult to even be moved into a different department, even if it is the same level of pay.
