Their weakness mostly comes into play when not having enough employees present on a very busy afternoon. Customers tend to get very angry that there is nobody around to assist them. We do however have a great deal of supplies and equiptment that helps our customers to receive what they came to our store for. Employee morale is alright, but could be much better. I feel personally that there is a lot of favoritsm and people seem to call in too much, which makes the employees that do come on a regular basis very stressed, because they have to work double hard to please the cusomters.
