This company hires "interns" as a way to get cheap labor. Interns do not
learn anything that would be helpful in the future. The copany lies to
you about what type of job you will have at the company in order to get
you in the door. Once there you are forced to sit on the FLOOR for 8
hours or more a day because they only buy who the people that work there
permenantly chairs. We were treated like animals. The place has four
complaints from consumes at the BBB. They have an unsatisfactory
rating. I am filing charges against this company this week for their
labor practices. This is the worst company I have ever worked for next
to Bank of America. O'Connor and Associates has the highest rate of
turnover I have ever seen. Most of the people I worked with are no
longer there for the reasons I have listed above.
